MFD is a mobile cleaner for welding fumes and grinding dust close to the source. This mobile unit features the DuraFilter mechanical system, but does not include the extraction arm.
This product is equipped with an aluminum spark arrester and a disposable square cellulose filter cartridge. This filter cartridge is supplied with a precoat which extends the life and initial performance of the filter. The system is equipped with a filter display which indicates if the extraction is still effective or if the filter needs to be replaced
MFD is suitable for welding activities in the field.

PLYMOVENT has specialized for more than 40 years in the extraction and filtration of welding fumes. All PLYMOVENT extraction and filtration products provide high protection for welders and workers in the vicinity, which improves welder performance and reduces absences due to illness.
The MFD is equipped with filter paper, so it is ideal for dry or “near” dry welding operations. We recommend that you use it for light to medium weight applications.
You can decorate the MFD units with activated carbon filters to absorb unpleasant and penetrating odors.
