Exact Cut&Bevel 148 Blade for P400 — 15° Bevel
The Exact Cut&Bevel 148 blade combines cutting and bevelling to simplify plastic pipe preparation. Compatible with the Exact P400 machine, it is designed for wall thicknesses up to 22 mm. Its 40 teeth and eight reversible bevelling inserts allow both operations to be performed with the same tool.
Two Steps Combined
Cutting and bevel formation take place during the same process. This configuration reduces tool changes and handling when preparing pipe ends.
15° Bevel
The eight bevelling inserts produce a 15° angle. This preparation supports pipe assembly, provided the requirements of the connection and material used are met.
Reversible Bevelling Inserts
When an edge becomes worn, the insert can be reversed to use a fresh working edge. This design extends insert use without requiring immediate replacement of the entire blade.
Designed for the Exact P400 Machine
The Cut&Bevel 148 has a diameter of 148 mm and a bore of 62 mm. It is compatible with the 110 V and 220 V versions of the P400 for processing plastic pipes within the stated wall thickness limit.
