Exact Cut&Bevel 190 Blade for P1000 — 15° Bevel
The Exact Cut&Bevel 190 blade combines cutting and bevelling plastic pipes to reduce preparation steps. Compatible with the P1000 machine, it is designed for wall thicknesses up to 40 mm. Its eight reversible bevelling inserts allow a fresh cutting edge to be used when the previous one becomes worn.
Two Operations Combined
Cutting and bevelling take place during the same process. This configuration reduces the handling required to prepare plastic pipe ends.
15° Bevel
The blade combines 45 cutting teeth with eight bevelling inserts to produce a 15° bevel. It helps prepare pipes before assembly, according to the requirements of the intended connection.
Reversible Bevelling Inserts
When their working edge becomes dull, the inserts can be reversed to use another edge. This design extends their use without requiring immediate replacement of the entire blade.
