EWM TETRIX XQ 230 AC/DC Welder

The TETRIX XQ 230 AC/DC offers a current range of 3 to 230 A in TIG mode and 5 to 190 A in MMA mode. Powered by a single-phase 230 V supply with PFC technology, this 19 kg power source is supplied on its own, ready to be equipped with accessories suited to your work.

Intuitive Expert 3.0 Controls

The 7-inch high-resolution colour display shows parameters and diagrams. The click wheel and push buttons allow operation with welding gloves, without a touchscreen.

Accessible, Customisable Settings

Five favourites buttons provide easy access to essential functions. The Xbutton system manages individual access permissions, while the USB interface enables software updates. A remote control interface is included as standard.

TIG and MMA Performance

At 40 °C, TIG output reaches 230 A at a 40% duty cycle, 200 A at 60% and 170 A at 100%. In MMA mode, the duty cycle reaches 190 A at 35%, 150 A at 60% and 120 A at 100%. Up to four pulse variants are available.

Power Supply Flexibility for Site Work

PFC supports operation on weak mains supplies, long extension cables or a generator. Mains voltage tolerance ranges from −40% to +15%, with a recommended generator rating of 8.8 kVA.
